Help with the app

In the app, Ajustes › Reportar (Settings › Report) prepares an email with the ZenTavo version, the iPhone model and the iOS version. It adds none of your records. You can also write to soporte@zentavo.es.

Privacy and your data

To exercise your rights or ask about your data, write to soporte@zentavo.es. What you record lives on your iPhone; the privacy policy explains it.

Before you write

• Do not send passwords, codes or full bank details. We will never ask for them.
• If you attach a screenshot, check that it shows nothing you do not want to share.

Security

If you find a vulnerability in the app or on this website, write to us with the steps to reproduce it. We will confirm we received it, keep you informed about the fix, and take no action against anyone who researches in good faith without accessing other people's data or degrading the service. Also published in security.txt.
